This policy explains what information hajimi (“we”, “us”) collects when you use www.hajimi.design, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote we collect the categories you pick, quantity, optional budget and deadline, your name, optional company or brand, and the email, phone number or messaging ID you give us to reach you. Please don’t put anything sensitive in these fields.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) in server logs to keep the site secure and running.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept” in the cookie notice and analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and receives usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. If you click “Reject”, or don’t answer, analytics stays off and no analytics cookies are set.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your quote request and prepare a design plan and quote.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam (for example, with Cloudflare Turnstile).
- To understand and improve the site, if you accepted analytics cookies.
- To meet legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (analytics cookies), taking steps at your request before a contract (quotes), and our legitimate interest in running a secure site.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We use service providers who process it for us:
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and bot protection.
- Resend — sending your quote request to our team by email.
- Google — analytics, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
These providers may process data outside your country. We ask them to protect it to a standard comparable to this policy.
4. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up, normally up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our analytics account.

6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 7. Children
The site is meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you on the site.
