These terms apply when you use www.hajimi.design (the “Site”), operated by hajimi (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site presents our custom merchandise services and lets you ask for a free design plan and quote. It is not a shop. You can’t place an order, add to a cart or pay on the Site. Anything you submit is a request for information, not an order.

2. Quotes and prices

Prices and lead times shown on the Site (for example “from $12 each” or “samples in 7 days”) are for reference only. A binding offer exists only when we send you a written quote and you accept it in writing. Final prices depend on quantity, decoration, materials and timeline.

3. Using the Site

You agree to give accurate information when you contact us, and not to misuse the Site — for example by sending spam, trying to break or overload it, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including the hajimi name, logo, slogans, design, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our branding or content without our written permission. Case studies and brand names shown on the Site are examples of our work and remain the property of their owners.

5. Your content

If you send us artwork, logos or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that using them for your project won’t infringe anyone else’s rights. You keep ownership of your materials; you allow us to use them only as needed to prepare your plan, quote and order.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites such as social media. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
